We are currently seeking a motivated HR Officer Recruiting. You will strengthen the current HR team (3 colleagues) and help build the company’s growth!

Your duties
- You draft and publish job postings on various platforms
- You handle incoming applications and look for the right candidates for our vacancies
- You will think along with the growth of the company and proactively look for potentially interesting profiles for our departments
- You conduct job interviews and follow up with candidates
- You develop salary proposals and discuss them with candidates
- You recruit both white-collar and blue-collar workers
- You collaborate with interim offices
- You think about the recruitment processes and further develop them with colleagues
- You will create employment contracts and deal with onboarding, outboarding and evaluation interviews
- You also handle the administrative handling of your HR and recruitment tasks

What you need
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree
- Experience in recruitment (clerical and/or labor profiles)
- Good knowledge of Dutch
