We are currently seeking a motivated Planner – renewable energy installations. In this job you are mainly responsible for the administrative planning of installations, contributing to a smooth service.

Your duties
- You accurately follow up with our customers by phone and email
- You prepare schedules for installers, inspectors,… and communicate them to the customer
- You check the composition of the teams in relation to the installations
- You track inventory for upcoming installations
- You follow the structure and procedure from customer to Fluvius
- You will have close contact with installers and customer service
- You track last minute adjustments and manage scheduling inbox

What you need
- A bachelor’s degree or A2 with several years of demonstrated experience
- Experience in planning!
- Be able to work with ERP CRM systems (e.g. Teamleader)
- Standard software knowledge (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Dutch
